Answer summary
The individual inquires about obtaining two Thai passes: one for the Test and Go program and another for the Phuket Sandbox, expressing concern about possible changes in regulations before their arrival on January 10. Responses confirm that it is possible to hold both passes if they meet the respective requirements, including hotel bookings and pre-paid Covid tests for the Phuket Sandbox.

You can have 2 yes, but they will both need to meet all the requirements so to get the sandbox one you're going to need to book a hotel for 7 days and prepay for the Covid tests etc

Just announced today that the CCSA Thailand will have another meeting on Friday to discuss the test and go. If you want to keep up to date, subscribe to The Nation Thailand on YouTube. Comes out about 5pm Thailand time. Maybe they will change the suspension, strange things can happen. Only 1.5% of arrivals from overseas are positive at the moment.
