1) Is it possible to get a background check in Thailand for the work permit / visa? Or will I need to get one from my home state / country? (I haven't been there for over a year)
2) Has anyone had difficulties getting a permit / visa due to a beard? My work says they don't accept photos with beards, but I have applied for visa extensions and work visa in other countries with a beard and no one has said anything. I also found nothing online saying that you need to not have a beard.
