Friendly staff, only 1 day stay for quarantine time for waiting pcr test result. all was very got organized

Had to stay here as part of quarantine/test and go. Definitely not super nice, but it checked the box. Bed was rock hard, neighborhood was loud, room was dirtier than one would hope in a quarantine hotel. They did turn my PCR test around in ~4 hours which allowed me to leave early. I never got any food while I was there, but it didn't look very good anyway.

• Transport like for pimp. Hotel horrible, food horrible (if any). Hitel services 0. Hotel old and nit nice. Staff loud on hallway all day shouting.

One day you can survive that. More than one day, no thank you. Waiting airport one hour, than go with some tuned pimp ride, horrible car, old hotel without food, morning some meh food in front of room (who knows how fresh it was, did not tasted). Happy to leave asap. Completely fault and not needed system just to extract some €.

I arrived late afternoon and was promptly checked in with PCR done efficiently. I was checking in first day of the new rules but no one could tell me about the discount due on my initial payment as well

• Nothing negative really , first day they forgot farang breakfast , but was fixed immediatly after phone to reception

• Hôtel très propre, personnel très aimable. Confinement très supportable grâce à un accès piscine 24H/24. Piscine très propre, ensoleillée.

• Les repas sont vraiment mauvais.... Mais il est possible de faire acheter à l'extérieur d'autres choses...

Je recommande cet hôtel, j'y retournerai lors de ma prochaine venue en Thailande si un confinement est encore nécessaire. L'accès piscine est très important et les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. L'ensemble du personnel est aimable.

• didn't have any new towels or sheets during the 10 days. Probably could have requested it and did once, and was told after 4 days.

The staff was super helpful, and the hotel was clean. All in all a great quarantine experience, but in the end probably not necessary...

Все понравилось. Очень чистый номер. Очень дружелюбный персонал, который всегда старается помочь. Netflix и YouTube Много фильмов и сериалов на русским языке. Хороший вайфай. Нормальное питание. Большое спасибо людям, которые здесь работают ❤️ Есть возможность заказать фрукты, которых не продаются в 7/11. Помогли найти дешевле такси в аэропорт. Хорошие кондиционеры. Удобная кровать и подушки. Идеальное соотношение цены и качества. Если придётся проходить карантин второй раз, вернусь сюда.

• They forgot my breakfast - no problem for me though as I was going home that morning (5 mins away)

Everything was great, from airport pick up to checking out the next day. The only funny issue was they forgot my breakfast, and apologised profusely. This was not a problem as my house is only 5 mins away, from checking out. Definitely recommend Hotel J Residence.

• Upon arrival they were set up to recieve me and expedite me through covid protocols and straight to my room. Upon results, which were negative, they directed me to the restaurant which had a mix of Thai and Western food styles. They called for me a taxi to check into my main stay hotel. Also they were ready for me to take my second covid test, easy as pad thai.

There were no cons to staying here they were super professional and courteous. Will stay here as my main stay next time

• Breakfast was a Tuna sandwich, I hate Tuna sandwiches.

I was happy with the vehicle which brought me to the hotel. After 30 hours of flying and waiting in airports the trip to the hotel was easy and the reception at the hotel was very effectent. The testing was professional.

• Room size good. Netflix access helps to pass time. Food basic choice of Western or Thai, both good.

Really positive stay. Has all you need, hotel staff lovely, allowed to use pool which is cold but great. Under circumstances, a very positive stay. You are in quarantine, but time passes quickly and nice place to be. Thank you.

Very comfortable service at the airport and transportation to the hotel. Nice reception and professional service. RT-PCR test was immediately performed professionally and the result was provided after about 6 hours and I could leave the hotel or spend the night in my own house in Thailand.

On arrival at airport i was picked up very quick and had taxi to hotel. Arriving hotel staff very helpfull and well organized. Also the 3 pcr test were good organized in entrance of hotel. Room with enough space and nice balcony, als fridge and microwave oven. Enough soap, shampoo and hyginic things. If i have to do again it will be certainly with J hotel residence👍👍👍👍

• Wifi was patchy at peak times of day for demand
• Many menu choices were fried. Ordering steamed vegetables daily from room service helped to balance this out.

The team did everything they could to help us and make us comfortable. They were great. Thank you.

• Het personeel was het beste deel van het hele verblijf. Ze waren zeer attent en vriendelijk, eenmaal per dag waren 7 - elf runs nuttig op de dagen dat het eten onder het gemiddelde was.
• Het beste deel van het hotel was het personeel dat heel snel reageerde en goede oplossingen voor problemen vond.
• Ze gaven je altijd nieuwe flessen water als het water in je kamer op was, wat erg leuk was en ik genoot van het comfort van het bed en de airco werkte prima.
• Het balkon was ook een pluspunt met een paar stoelen en een tafel.

• Vreselijke wifi, elke dag werkte de wifi niet en ging in en uit. Het duurde 3 keer bij 3 verschillende gelegenheden om te klagen over de wifi voordat het eindelijk werkte, wat betekende dat het pas 2 dagen voordat ik vertrok was opgelost. Ik moest een aparte simkaart voor mijn telefoon kopen om alleen internet te krijgen. De tv in de kamer zou niet eens verbinding maken met de wifi.
• Eten was middelmatig en de opties waren nogal repetitief, ze hebben mijn bestelling twee keer verpest, maar waren behulpzaam om het beide keren te repareren en me een alternatief aan te bieden.
• De douche was agressief en zorgde voor een plas water in de badkamer, zelfs als het douchegordijn gesloten was, wat betekende dat ik elke keer dat ik wilde douchen in het bad moest zitten, het was ook niet de schoonste toen ik aankwam, wat betekent dat ik had om het zelf schoon te maken voordat u het gebruikt.
• Ze adverteerden met een yogamat voor elke kamer, maar het was meer wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt, wat betekent dat ze niet genoeg te bieden hadden toen ik aankwam en 3 dagen moesten wachten voordat ze er een kregen.

Het hotel was over het algemeen middelmatig voor het hele verblijf en was te doen onder de omstandigheden. De wifi was over het algemeen mijn grootste klacht en ik wou dat dat eerder in mijn verblijf zou zijn opgelost. Maar het personeel was uiterst geschikt voor de bewoners van het hotel en maakte de andere aspecten van het hotel goed. Ze waren oprecht erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk bij elk probleem dat werd gegooid en deden hun uiterste best om problemen op te lossen.

Het verblijf was oke, het gaat snel. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam Ik kan dit hotel aanbevelen aan anderen die moeten kiezen

• Zeer goede prijs. Personeelsservice was eerste klasse. Snel, efficiënt en vriendelijk. Zou er weer verblijven. Goede prijs ook.

• Geen minpunten

Dit is mijn derde quarantaine en tot nu toe de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Alles zeer efficiënt en de service top.
