• Efficient process throughout.
• Rapid PCR result-- PCR done at 11h00, result at 17h30 with a call from front desk!
• Staff super efficient, friendly, remember me from multiple visits pre-covid years-- and still the same staff working there which is great sign about hotel quality
• Room comfortable and very clean
• Breakfast is amazing, all you can eat formula

I had been using DREAM for many years on business trips. It is a high quality smaller hotel conveniently close to Asoke BTS/ Sukhumvit MRT and the surroundings are quiet. The staff is very efficient and it's always a pleasure to return there. It felt good to see familiar faces in all functions who regained their jobs now that the country is opening up slowly (K. Nan, K. Toto, K. Beer!).
The airport process was simple and streamlined, the van takes you to a drive through PCR service at their hospital partner (Piyavate) and in less than 3 minutes the whole PCR testing process is done and you are on your way to the hotel. The front desk called my room as soon as they received my PCR result (less than 7 hours post test done!) so I was free to go outside to eat some delicious moo krata for dinner. If your result comes in too late for your meal, you can obviously order some room service (which I have not done this time): they have very good thai food on the menu as well! The rooftop pool is great for a cooling dip and the poolside area is now converted into an outdoor (but sheltered by roof if rain) breakfast area, so this truly minimizes the risk of covid transmission with the airflow.

• Good Covid safety protocols, hotel is not yet crowded
• Breakfast buffet is ala carte but selection is still more than sufficient
• Housekeeping is very helpful and friendly
• Wi-fi is very good, and this is consistent over many stays at Dream
• Refrigerator available
• In-room safe is the larger standard type, not the smaller ones found in some hotels
• Shower temperature and pressure very good most times I've stayed

• Problems with Test-And-Go, failed to notify on result
• However, with above, very helpful with manual upload to the Mor Chana app. These things will likely be history in a few months as Thailand reopens more fully.
• Only Tower 2 is currently open, Tower 1 slated to reopen in about 2 months.
• Main dining room is in Tower 1 so meals are on the rooftop. Some outdoor seating good for Covid mitigation but can be very hot even in the mornings.

Maybe make some fans available in the open seating area to help circulate air and reduce heat.

• Clean , nice pool area and small bar on roof

Nice room , plenty of space . Enjoyed happy hour beer and cocktails at the roof bar . Food menu catered for most tastes - good quality also .
