Hi I am in Hanoi for applying DTV yesterday. The website says "Status -Processing Pending Document Check" but I did NOY pay yet. Should I apply new form and pay? Just ignore not paying one? Or wait until the immigration to respond me?

Here is what happened. All my documents were ready so I was going to put my credit card in but but it says "0" and was waiting about 10 minutes. Then I saw credit card button on the right was active so I clicked. That was working! I got "$ 0" receipt via my email. Now my status is pending.

Do you think that apply the form? Or wait until they say something to me?

Has anyone heard of something like this?

If I have 2 passports, and I present a brand new passport to the customs officer, does the system see my entire previous travel history, or just my last departure from Thailand?
