Chian Mai Immigration office related question:
Can one person arrive early to receive a cue number for each family member (presenting individual passports)? This used to be the case. I could then have my wife and children join me closer to the time of processing.
Our last visit, roughly 3 months ago, was different. It yielded me holding one cue number (for arriving early), and my family members rushing in to get theirs (over 20 numbers later) and our paperwork being processed at 2 different times (for my earlier number, and their later numbers). Also, this created a ton of confusion as a lot of the documents are shared with visa holder (myself) and riders (my family).
I didn't know if this was a "fluke" mistake of someone on duty that day (other families faced the same problem).
Or, do I drag everyone in as early as we can get everyone out the door?
