What is the process for applying as a dependent visa holder in Thailand?

Back in Thailand with my DTV after 5 weeks in Manila!
Applied as a dependant after my wife got hers a month before.
About a week after starting my application (submitted all relevant documents), the only thing they asked for was our marriage certificate to be certified by the embassy in Abuja (my passport jurisdiction). That took 3 weeks to complete and my DTV was approved the same day I submitted the certificate.
Landed in Bkk yesterday and went the fast track option. The immigration officer was a friendly fellow. Looked at my DTV then looked at my wife's workcation DTV (pic on my phone) and asked if she was working in Thailand. I confirmed she was not working in Thailand, and that was that! Stamped and on my way I went!
Very very grateful and glad to be back!

the bank statement used was my wife's business bank statement as well as our joint bank statement.

To be respectful and educated spelling/pronouncing the masculine possessive of Hello; it is not “Krup” it’s phonetically “Khrap” in the thread title this is a common misconception by many non-Thai speakers

wait isn't the point of workcation to be able to work in thailand? why would you say shes not working?

OPVioletBison4841 you can work remotely in Thailand but not actually work in Thailand with Thai customers clients etc. You have to have your business or job outside Thailand. That it workcation
