in reading another post, Q & A, it mentioned a couple options for VISA with no monetary requirements. (I think it was Laos and one in Vietnam)
American passport.
looking to get Non Immigrant A-O ( retirement, base on monthly income) (Correct me if that is the wrong designation)
If I receive a 3 Month (single entry)
and make monthly deposits (65 K)
Will I be able to get a One year Extension at the end of the Three Months?
Or, would I be better off to travel to the USA, and get a One Year (eventually wanting a Multiple entry)?
Am currently making the monthly transfers.
Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the options and requirements for extending a Non-Immigrant A-O visa in Thailand, specifically questioning whether making monthly deposits of 65,000 THB will ensure a one-year extension from a three-month single entry visa, or if it would be more advantageous to return to the USA for a longer-term visa.
