Hello everyone, after staying 180 days what are the conditions when you fly back to Thai? Do they charge any income tax since I just approved by remote job?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After staying in Thailand for 180 days, you can return without issues related to income tax, as Thai immigration authorities do not require you to present any tax documents. If you've already paid taxes on your earnings from abroad, you are unlikely to incur additional taxes in Thailand.

Imagine they come after people on tourist visa who paid for a cooking course and ask them to pay income tax. The progress of 2025...🤣

Immigration don't care about taxes. If you've paid tax on your earnings already overseas, chances are you won't pay tax in Thailand

It’s up to you to file your correct taxes, if you owe any at all.

Immigration won’t ask it from you

You will not have to pay any income tax on your re-entry.
