I'm seriously planning to

buy property and settle in Thailand long term.

Currently on DTV visa (valid till 2029) but

want to understand my options AFTER that.

My situation:

📍 Planning to buy condo/property in Thailand

💼 Work remotely for foreign company

⏰ Want long term stay — not just tourism

you get another DTV. only option. or you buy an Elite visa. or you qualify for LTR.

real estate is waste of money. you could potentially only own a condo in the 49% foreigner share. nothing else.

If you will continue to work remotely then you only have two choices visa wise. The DTV based on Workation or the LTR Work From Thailand Professional
