We paid 3500 from BKK to HH last year but had a Fortuner.

Dont think its easier or cheaper and not much quicker.

By the time you messed around at both airports. your only saving a couple of hours.

Phuket hotel to airport 1000 B

Flight 2500 B

U Tapao to Hua Hin 3500 B (guess)

Hotel to airport 30 min to 1 hr

1 hour before flight

1 hour flight

30 mins airport

4 hr 30 minutes taxi to Hua Hin

7 hours minimum multiple changes multiple chances to catch covid

Join Mini van phuket to Hua Hin 2000 B

10 hours
