Umm, I just called the Jomtien Immigration office and the women said they are OPEN on Friday the 11th and CLOSED on Monday the 14th.

strange, I called last week and bangkok said they were closed on Monday the 14th, but they didn't say anything about this friday.

you can call 1111 the gov't hotline and ask them

or try this number 03-825-2750 <- I think that's the Jomtien Immigration office.
