TLDR : Answer Summary
The arrival card is no longer a requirement for the 90-day reporting process. The TM6 document has been replaced by the TDAC, which is now digital and can be found online or in your email. During the 90-day report, officials may ask for your TM30 form and passport, but not for the arrival card.

You didn't get an arrival card. The TM6 was replaced with the TDAC. That field on immigration forms has not been required for years. Leave it blank.
