Is my document package sufficient for applying for a DTV Workcation visa in Hanoi as a remote business owner?

Hi everyone. First off, thanks to every single person in this group for all of the valuable info posted. I’m preparing my DTV Workcation as a remote Amazon FBA business owner (sole owner of an S.L. company). I’ll be applying in Hanoi and i’d love a quick sanity check on my document package. I am currently in Bangkok and will be travelling to Hanoi exclusively to apply. I hope everything goes well.

I’m including:

* Company registration documents (Commercial Register extract, certificate of active status, incorporation deed) showing me as sole owner

* Remote work permission letter from my company (self-issued as owner)

* Amazon Seller Central dashboards and storefront link as portfolio

* Work examples: screenshots of inventory, orders, campaigns, customer/service cases

* Emails with tax agents and Amazon showing remote business administration

* Customer invoices and Amazon FBA service invoices

* Salary payslips (6 months) + short note on my salary structure (fixed monthly + annual variable bonus at year-end)

* Annual personal income tax return for 2025 (showing total yearly earnings)

* Personal bank statements (6 months) with highlighted salary inflows

* Savings account certificate with balance well above 500k THB

Cover letter explains: fully remote business, non-Thai income, no intention to work with Thai entities, and periodic visits to Thailand.

Do you think this is sufficient for a strong DTV application as a remote business owner via Hanoi, or would you recommend adding anything else?
