In UK dial 202 from your mobile but don't know if that will work from Thailand. Also got another number 0344 809 0202

Lynnette Munoz They also claim you have multiple accounts with them, whether or not any but one is still operational, so they can’t ‘deal’ with you over the Internet, as a way of restricting you to contacting them by phone. Presumably so they can use tried and rested methods of talking you out of cancelling your contract with them.
