Hello I have a question and I hope you guys can enlighten me.

I’m currently in the process of getting my DTV (if approved) and I then would like to sponsor my wife and baby daughter. But I was told by many people that my 11 months old baby do not need a visa until she turns 2. I would just like to confirm whether that’s true, because if that’s the case I would only need to get my wife a dependent visa and I guess it’ll make the process even much easier. Do you have to have the 800,000 in the bank all year to get your renewal on your renewal date?

Does the 400,000 baht in the bank for an extension due to marriage to a Thai National have to show its come from abroad?

Dumb question of the day: Regarding Non-Immigrant O visa, China Taiwan passport.

If one was to leave the Kingdom without canceling the visa or work permit and without applying for Re-Entry, does it mean that both are useless/out? Or there are someeting that needs to be done for both to go out?
