What should I do if I didn't receive my TM6 departure card after extending my visa exemption in Thailand?

I went to extend a 30 day visa exemption stamp last week at Muang Thong Tani Immigration and have subsequently realised they didn't give me the TM6 departure card back; the one they sometimes staple in.

How much hassle is this going to be and do I need to go back there to sort this out asap? Thanks.
