My 3rd visit to Chantaburi Immigration 2 days ago and a great relief that I am finally out of visa limbo (amnesty) with my 60 Day family visitation visa. 😅

Thankfully it was a hassle free & quick process (less than 10 minutes, short Q) after I submitted all my documents (pre-filled) to the immigration officer.

The documents (x1 copy each) I submitted to support my application were:

1) my passport info page;

2) my TM6 entry form into Thailand;

3) my Thai marriage certificate;

4) my Thai wife's ID card;

5) housebook (tabian baan) with the page showing my wife's name on it;

6) a TM30 reporting form signed by the owner of the property I am staying at (in my case, my FIL);

7) housebook (tabian baan) with the page showing the property owner's name on it;

8) property owner's ID card;

9) a TM7 form (Application for Extension of Temporary Stay) duly filled in;

10) one 4cm x 6cm photo of myself and

11) Bht1,900 for the visa.

Big 👍 to admins and members 😊 who gave useful advice to make my application a smooth process.

Hope my experience can help those who are in the same situation as me. Good luck!
