It took 19 days total in person. That includes day of submitting all your documents online. Waiting 8 days for the email approval, making physical lodgement of passport and all documents and then 7 days further to pick up passport with visa. If you post these documents I strongly suggest only using Express Post or faster and adding a further 7 days for postage back and forth. Personally I would never leave it later than 1 Month before leaving for Thailand. Big thumbs up to the Consulate for their simple online pre approval lodgement and for the friendly staff. Thank you
