I am having an issue with my online 90 day report being rejected. I have previously not had an issue with the system, but today I got this message "Your application for "STAYING LONGER THAN 90 DAYS" has been rejected.

For first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation at the immigration office is required."

Does this mean I have to go in person for a 90 day report for the first report after every time I re-enter the country? I was under the impression it was just for the very first report you file and all others can be done online, not the first report after every re-entry. Thank you!
