ORIGINAL POSTERPassport question: I will come to Hua Hin September 8th with a 90 day Non-Immigrant O Visa. Early December I will go to Immigration in Hua Hin to apply for a 1 year Non Immigrant O visa. I plan to leave Thailand early April 2026. However, my passport will expire July 17th 2026. Will this cause a problem, when I apply for the One year Non O Visa at Immigration in Hua Hin in December?

ORIGINAL POSTERHi I’m trying to figure out if it’s best to apply for a retirement visa from US while in country or go to Thailand and apply there? It seems so confusing. Thanks!!
