Hi everyone,
I'm applying for a Thai DTV e-Visa through the Thai Embassy in Rabat and I've been asked to submit some additional documents. I'm hoping someone who has been in a similar situation can help.
The embassy requested:
* A complete journey flight itinerary (round trip) / airline-issued e-ticket.
* Individual bank statements from March to June 2026 showing the account holder's name, with the official bank stamp and authorized signature.
* An official employment document issued by the relevant government authority.
My situation is a bit complicated:
* I applied as a freelancer because I'm self-employed, so I don't have a government-issued employment document. What did other freelancers submit for this requirement?
* I called my dutch bank, and they told me they cannot provide bank statements with an official bank stamp and authorized signature. Has anyone else run into this? If so, what did you submit instead, and was it accepted?
* Do the bank statements need to be in English, or are the original Dutch statements acceptable?
* Regarding the flight itinerary: I originally flew one-way from Bangkok to Marrakech, and I'm currently in Morocco while applying. Should I book a refundable round-trip ticket from Marrakech → Bangkok → Marrakech, or is a one-way ticket back to Bangkok sufficient?
If anyone has gone through this with the Rabat embassy (or another Thai embassy), I'd really appreciate hearing what worked for you.
Thanks in advance!
