Can anyone recommend an agent to assist in obtaining a 90 day O retirement visa, including 1 year extension. Please include approximate cost.
Answer summary
The discussion revolves around finding reliable agents for acquiring a 90-day O retirement visa and a subsequent 1-year extension in Thailand. Users share experiences and recommendations for agents, notably the Thai Visa Centre, highlighting varying costs from 1,900 THB for a DIY approach to upwards of 80,000 THB for full-service options. Some comment on applying before arriving in Thailand and the ease of doing it themselves, while others seek clarification on associated fees and processes.

Most agencies do not touch this, if you haven't entered on a 90-days Non-Imm-O Visa which you got issued outside of Thailand. Those who can do it when you did a touristic entry, will cost up from 60,000 THB. Myself I have already been quoted 80,000 THB for the "full service" (bank account, 90-days Non-O and the 1-year extension) that doesn't require own funds

Greg Alexander got my 90 day non O and retirement visa 50,000 in kohn kean.

Jason Bracegirdle by the way - the 90-days Non-O is the "retirement visa". What you got afterwards is the "1-year extension of the stay permit". This stay permit is not a "retirement visa". It is not a visa at all. It is just a 1-year stay permit. In Khon Kaen.

Jason Bracegirdle did you already have a Thai bank account? If yes, then you paid too much. The same costs 32,000 THB in Pattaya. If the agent also got a bank account opened for you while you were on a tourist visa, then that was a bargain price

Lance Gream most people would rather pay an agent than to jump the hurdles of trying this for the time. Mistakes are made. Oh wait….just like yours. It’s 3800b for the Multi. 🤨

Todd Capron I looked at my receipt and you are right it is 3800 baht how stupid of me to be a 100 baht out when fools like you are happy to throw away

Jerome Ferro agent fee varies depending on your situation, request, location ( very important fact, where your immigration is) market demand and supply, etc.. So you better ask directly.

Jerome Ferro I don't know their 2026 fees but they have a same day service so everything is done in a few hrs.
