ORIGINAL POSTER
I’m flying back to JFK the end of April. From what I’m reading, I need a covid test within 72 hours of flight and/or proof of recovery from Covid within 90 days. I was discharged on Jan 31 from hospital for Covid treatment. Is this all I need ? I’m leaving on April 30.

TLDR : Answer Summary
For your flight back to JFK on April 30, you need a COVID test taken within 72 hours prior to your flight, or proof of recovery from COVID-19 within 90 days. Since you were discharged from the hospital on January 31, your proof of recovery should cover you if it falls within that timeframe.
