TLDR : Answer Summary
The AXA Sawasdee policy is inquired about for suitability for a six-month stay with an OA multiple entry visa. One commenter suggests consulting a Thai Agent for personalized advice and mentions that AXA and LUMA Tune are options for insurance suitable for the O-A visa. There is also a note that with a six-month stamp, the individual must leave at the end of that period.

Thanks for reply. With uncertainty James i would not want to pay a years insurance and leave as i do sometimes and then waste the rest of the policy before coming back.
