Does anybody know usually how long does it take after your status changes from “pending document check” to “pending approval” that you receive your actual approved visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The duration to receive your approved visa after the status changes to 'pending approval' varies depending on several factors, including the country of the consulate where you applied. For some, it might take additional time if there are documentation issues, as indicated by a commenter who experienced delays due to missing documents.

pending approval is a bit of a misnomer. What that status really means is it has now passed the initial checks and the information is correct and it has now been passed to someone more senior to approve or not
