My wife has 3 documents that have to be legalized at the Thai MFA and the Dutch Embassy in Bangkok. But she lives far away. Does anybody know a reliable agent who can do this for us at a reasonable price?

Which province outside Bangkok (where) is your Thai Wife located nearby??

As besides 2 Locations in Bangkok at CentralWorld (6th Floor) and Chaeng Wattana (DCA Dep't of Consular Affairs), there are locations in the provinces at some Provincial Thai Passport Offices
