Hi, for 2 hour layover in Thailand, do you need PCR or is antigen (quick test) also accepted if done within 24 hours? :)

who is considered fully vaccinated? I have 2 vaccines Pfizer but my last one was in July 2021, am I considered fully vaccinated? I also have a covid recovery certificate
