With all the uncertainly with immigration rules, I would it be possible to go to your home country once a year and get a new O-A visa instead of going to immigration in Thailand? We still have to have the equivalent 800K THB in my home country bank. I was just thinking of having a Thai bank account for my spending money and get my O-A in my home country. Exchange rate is low now

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they can return to their home country once a year to obtain a new O-A visa instead of dealing with immigration in Thailand, mentioning the need to maintain the required 800,000 THB in their home country's bank. They consider keeping a Thai bank account for daily expenses.
