ORIGINAL POSTERI sent an inquiry email about my application status to Royal Thai Consulate -Ho Chi Minh on December 26, 2024 and haven’t got any reply from them yet. Does it usually take this long to get their reply ? How long does it take to receive their response ? May I ask?

I submitted my application through the Hanoi embassy on Monday morning. Since the submission, the status has not changed from "Processing: Pending Document Check (1)."
Has anyone experienced this? I have attempted to call them, but most of their phone numbers do not work, and the one that does, no one picks up. Has anyone had difficulty contacting them? An email has been sent, but I have received no answer.
Much appreciated.

ORIGINAL POSTERUploaded my supporting documents for the TR visa application and keep getting the message ‘Sorry, the time slot has been fully booked. Please check back tomorrow’, whenever I try to proceed to payment. Any ideas?
