Bluport (Hua Hin) immigration update: yesterday someone said a TM30 is necessary but we managed to get a visa extension with only a printed copy of the AirBnB receipt (30 day rental). Neither our condo owner nor the building administration had done a TM30 for us. Still, the lines are long again today (they were long yesterday) and we waited 2.5 hours, even though we got there at 10am to get the queue numbers (for 11am open).
For those not in the Hua Hin area, Bluport visa extensions usually take very little time. I did it in 5 minutes just a few months ago. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes during prior visits.
