I got email from ANA airlines saying I need an inspection certificate to board in BKK and transfer through Japan on way back to USA. Is that another term for negative Covid test or ? I don't have phone access to call.

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user received an email from ANA airlines stating that an inspection certificate is needed to board in Bangkok and transfer through Japan. There is confusion about whether this refers to a negative Covid-19 test. Several commenters noted that the requirements could be found on an app, specifically mentioning the CDC form, but further clarification is needed regarding which app to use.
