I did my "90 days notification" today online at 11:45 (Nonthaburi).
2 hours later approved via e-mail.
No sweat … :-)
Something new I noticed is the "REMARK" on the bottom of the approved screen where they write your last TM30 information. So it's linked with the TM47 database and followed up now.
CAUTION: I only mention this because if the new remarks on the bottom of this document. Just like Tod sayed, you NEED TO PRINT and keep in your passport the "next appointed" document.

90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
BUT remember that b/s "approved" form you show IS NOT the piece of paper you need to put in your passport. That paper you show in the image is actually worthless.
You need to go back into the system and select "next appointment" and print that
I just checked my two most recent online's - April 26, and Oct 15 and no remark entered except "Keep transaction reference etc). But registered at address is the same as for the change of address I did November '18. Got another due in mid January so see if the approval notification actually varies to indicate a systems change.
I just tried different browsers and they all work just fine (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera and Firefox).
I think your problem is that you use a pop-up blocker or so and that your settings prevent the immigration site to open their pop-up window for showing the "to print' page.
No one asks for TM30 for your 90-days notice. My point is that they already know that information via the TM30 database. They didn't before. So that means follow ups and cross data between the different departments is improved these days.
