TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity for pregnant women to be vaccinated against COVID-19 is not absolute; consultation with a healthcare provider is highly recommended. While some women have chosen to get vaccinated during pregnancy (e.g., Moderna at 19 and 23 weeks), the decision should be based on individual circumstances and medical advice. Current research suggests that there is no evidence of an increased risk of miscarriage related to vaccination. Resources from doctors and reputable health organizations like the CDC should be utilized for informed decision-making.

As far as "need" goes, no, you do not need it. However, if you are considering getting it then consult your doctor! I got vaccinated in the USA (Moderna) at 19 and 23 weeks pregnant. These two resources helped guide me to my decision, but the best advice is TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.
