Hello. I wonder if someone holding Montenegro passport needs any special visa or they still have 30 days on arrival. My friends mom's visiting for 2 weeks and we are not sure about it. Thank you !

TLDR : Answer Summary
Holders of Montenegro passports do not have a visa-free option for Thailand and will need to obtain a tourist visa prior to entry, as they are not eligible for the 30-day visa on arrival.
