Hey,
I'm on a SETV, and I have a question about job hunting and the Non-B.
I previously worked in China, and the company provided a visa, but the service they used was SO SLOW that I was working there for months on a tourist visa, doing visa runs from Shanghai to Hong Kong every two months. If I had known, then I would've told them that I won't start the job until I have the visa in hand.
My question is this: do I have to worry about something like this in a company in Thailand? Should I wait until I have the visa in-hand, or is that very much bad form? (For context, I'll be working as a junior web developer.)
Also, I'd love to know what my expected pay and health insurance plan should be like for junior web developer if you have that info. jw
Thanks!
