Just a quick update from Buengkan. Went for my 6th one year extension based on marriage today. Had all my paperwork in order and nicely bundled (almost) in the correct order too.
I think I might have set some kind of record today. At least a personal best. It took no more than 25-30 minutes all in all, from I entered the building to when I left, with the under consideration stamp in my passport. Have spent maximum 10 minutes in ampur for the updated kor ror 2, and 20 minutes in the bank for letter + statement, plus a few minutes in a photoshop to print photos the other day, and 10 minutes at home copying everything.. Doesn't get much easier than that.
The young intern lady at the front desk that checked my papers, apparently thought a couple of the copies was not alright for some reason. But without saying a word about it, she just made a few new copies of the things she needed and then proceeded.
A quick tour de signature on the two piles of paper (one with original bank letter, statement, and kor ror 2, the other with just copies), a quick photo for their system, and presto.
