Can someone share their experience and steps they took to get a ED visa for a Muay Thai school (1 year) and what visas the spouse and children got? Thank you for your help. We're just trying to figure out all our options.

Hi hoping for some help I’ve applied for a tourist Visa for My Wife to visit her spouse now I know some of you will say why did you just not apply for a marriage Visa because I just wanted to get this Visa done first hopefully it will not be so difficult for the next one, but what I want to know is roughly from when it is handed into the Visa office I understand they are then sent to India how long does this usually take to get a reply And has anyone recently done one? Thanks in advance.
