Where can I get a 30-day extension for my 60-day visa in Pattaya?

Good evening,

I am currently in Pattaya on a 60 day visa; it expires at the end of April - where do i go to get a 30 day extension?

I asked a travel agency and they asked for 4000 baht; was told it is 1900 if you do it yourself. I just don't know where the Immigration office is located here.
