Has anyone applied for a DTV and been rejected. Do you pay upfront and lose the fee or what happens.

Hi there, has anyone had 'Processing

Pending Approval' revert back to request document or anything? Or does that mean I'm pretty much approved and they just need to issue it.

I'm flying in 2 days time so if it's not issued then I may have to risk getting it approved whilst in thailand then doing border run
