What should I do if I encounter an error selecting the 'Multiple' entries option on the website?

Did anyone else have this problem: Selecting all relevant options from the drop-down, then with the one and only 'entries' option available (Multiple), it says that it's no available as an error (even though it's literally the only option)? How did anyone get around that?

Also if the site is down it comes up with error codes I know when I did mine I had to wait a few hours

Yes! This issue started today and cannot go past it. They stuffed something up and looks like need to wait for them to fox it. But don’t know where I can complain for them to fix it
