You're not porting it because it's a different country cellular network. They are on a different call code therefore you can't take that same number unless it's already freely available here in Thailand.

Just no.. Why would anyone want that anyhow?  You can turn on roaming on your Indian sim card... If you want to use the number.  Get a local sim for data.

No you’d need to buy a Thai SIM card or you’ll be charged roaming charges from your home provider.
