How can I expedite the import permit process for a pet to Thailand?

Question

Is there an agent that can get an import permit for a pet to get approved super fast? I emailed the application a while back and have not received a response. Getting nervous here.
***update—my import permit was approved and emailed this morning. About an 18 day turnaround time, which is a bit longer than expected, but so happy I have one less thing to sweat over!
