Approved for both DTV - Workcation and Spouse visas from Los Angeles, CA (US)
Timeline:
October 25th - DTV Workcation Application submitted
* cover letter summarizing documents being submitted
* biodata page of passport + photo (taken with iphone)
* property tax bill as proof of address
* (4) bank checking/savings statements (1st page only of each statement) that showed no less than 500,000 THB ($16K USD) monthly + marriage certificate as account is shared
* employment verification letter as proof of employment
* copy of employers remote work policy
November 7th - most recent tax return was requested, provided both 2023 federal and state as we reside in a state that has income tax
November 15th - DTV - Workcation approved
November 18th - DTV Spouse application submitted
* cover letter summarizing documents being submitted
* passport bio page + photo (taken with iphone)
* property tax bill as proof of address (same one as submitted for DTV workacation main applicant)
* (4) bank checking/savings statements (1st page only of each statement) that showed no less than 500,000 THB ($16K USD) monthly + marriage certificate as account is shared (used three of the same ones as submitted for DTV workcation main applicant + most recent as a month had passed)
* Marriage Certificate
* Copy of DTV workacation visa of main applicant
November 27th - DTV Spouse approved
