ORIGINAL POSTERI’d like to apply for my DTV in Ho Chi Minh. I live in Vietnam and am legally registered here, so I would have to apply in HCM anyway. Will I be able to apply for the visa online, or do I need to apply in person?
Is there anything specific that the HCM visa center might require? I know some visa centers ask for additional paperwork sometimes. I’m a freelancer, so I’m a bit limited on financial documents. Also, do I need to show a balance of $15,000 over a 6-month period, or just at the time of applying?
Does anyone have experience with spouses of DTV holders applying for a DTV? Is there anything special that needs to be provided?
