ORIGINAL POSTERMy employer’s company is UK-based and primarily registered in the UK. I can work remotely from anywhere in the world. My company has recently registered as a 'regional office' in Thailand. In this scenario, my DTV as a remote worker will not be approved, right? Even though I am hired by the UK-based entity and not by the regional office they recently registered?
