ORIGINAL POSTERHi all, I'm planning on applying for the DTV remote work visa within the next three months. I'll be applying through the United States Los Angeles consulate.
I'm in the process of transitioning to full time freelance work(for years I've been part-time freelance with a full-time remote job while my spouse has been full time freelance).
This is where I'm a little concerned about the visa approval. We have well over the 500,000 baht and can prove our freelance work through ongoing invoices and our business websites etc. but our tax returns for this year mainly reflect my full time job. I just filed for 2025 and am now starting to aggressively take on clients for March so I can transition away from corporate America.
Would this be a noticeable discrepancy that would cause my application to be denied?
