I have searched the search box function and dint quite get the answer I was looking for.

Is there a reputable cooking class in Hua Hin I could take to also help with the DTV?

Also from what I read , I apply for DTV first and once I get approved then I apply for my 7 year old son?Is that correct? Would he also need a class? Would they ask for bank info for him? He will not be going to an international school but a worldschooling/ alternative school.
