ORIGINAL POSTERI have been offered the use of GF's brother in laws spare car next time I'm in the country, not sure if I should take them up on the offer because of the insurance implications, I'm told that the car is insured but what happens if I have an accident (I'm aware that it will be my fault) ? So any advice would be appreciated.
