OK, I would welcome all thehelp/advise I can get. Here is where I am currently at. I have retired, I'm 64. I am at that miserable stage where I am trying to liquidate all my belongings. I'm also getting my financial situation ready too. I'm not concerned with the financial obligations required. I have no problem putting 800,000 baht into an account, and my monthly social security deposit is more than the 65,000 baht required. so, what retirement visa should I apply for? FYI, I'm from the USA. I currently do not have health insureance, so I am looking for a visa that doesn't require it. Also, how far back does the background check go? I'm good for 20 years. Please help me get this going. In addition, how far ahead do I apply meaning how long does it normally take to get approved? Lastly, after getting approved, how long do I have to go before it expires?

Thanks BV

I am an client of SBC brokers but not for much longer. I don’t have any pre-existing conditions and I was promised my bills would be covered in full. I had an emergency where I almost died and the hospital threw me to the streets because I could not pay usd 5000-10.000 upfront. The doctors said I would probably die but what do you do when you have a shit insurance and doesn’t have a300,000 dollars limit on you credit card. Safe your life and find a proper insurance brokerage. Does this look pre-existing?
